Lissette has worn many hats throughout her 20+ year marketing career. In her early years, she was a field marketing agent, then transitioned into telemarketing and ultimately worked her way up to a management position, successfully managing teams of 50+ individuals. Lissette certainly knows a thing or two about what it takes to be a successful marketing sales professional and is a key contributor in growing the CJ Grant team. Lissette understands that the direct sales industry is action packed, maybe that’s why she loves all those Denzel Washington action films so much. Productivity is key for Lissette making her resourceful and confident in accomplishing the agency’s goals. Lissette’s focus and dedication to get the job done continues even outside of the office when she spends time with her family and five children.
